Participated and completed the training program on Decentralized Planning for Sectoral Officers held in May 2001 and conducted by National Institute of Rural Development ,Rajendra Nagar ,Hyderabad.
Participated in the training of trainees programme on total sanitation campaign for the DRPS and DSV Staff of TSC Districts in June 2003 at AMR-AP Academy of Rural Development.
Participated in the course on Management of Micro-Enterprises for Rural Women held in February 2004 and conducted by National Institute of Rural Development, Rajendra Nagar ,Hyderabad.
Certificate Awarded for participation in the training programme on Capacity Building for Voluntary Organisations held at the institute of Applied Man Power Research, New Delhi from 07-03-2005 to 12-03-2005.
Certificate Awarded for participation in the Training on Mobilization and Management of Community Resuources organized by National Institute of Public Cooperation and Child Development, New Delhi from 30th December to 2nd January 2006.

FUTURE PLANS

To establish rehabilitation center in HIV / AIDS patients.
To construct a permanent building for BKA VIKAS (ORPHANAGE).
To establish a training cum production center for urban poor women in Handicrafts manufacturing and sales as income generating activity.
To start a computer _raining center to train the rural youth in information technology.
To start a mobile medical care unit for the welfare of tribal people to have medical facilities at their door steps.
